Each of us is unique. We are very different in terms of fitness, activity, experience, age or gender. In addition, some of us work out at the gym, others at home. Although our plans are based on common principles, your generated training plan will be tailored to you and your individual needs.

The Workout4me method focuses on the balanced development of the entire body. It supports not only the improvement of appearance, but also fitness and thus health. Our training method is based on basic movement patterns and is enriched with appropriate complementary exercises. Thus, we train and develop the entire body in a harmonious way.
Science
Despite the fact that we are in the 21st century, every year we see the same pattern: lots of people make basic training mistakes. Just as often, they pass these training mistakes on to others as an `experienced colleague' or, even worse, often also for a fee as a `personal trainer'. The problem with the entire fitness industry is that every muscular person is considered by laypeople to be an authority on the subject of training. Meanwhile, such an appearance is often simply due to a genetic predisposition, the use of doping agents or both at the same time. And we? And we simply generate the optimal training plan for you based on science and experience.
Save your time and money
Not everyone has the time to study training for years. Of course, training is not black magic, and over time we gain experience, knowledge, and a feel for our own bodies. Unfortunately, however, this experience usually comes after years of experimentation and mistakes. In this case, made on our own body and often with irreversible consequences. A personal trainer may be the solution. The first (smaller) problem with personal trainers is that they are expensive. The second (bigger) problem is that they are often competent. While there are many competent, and a certain number of downright brilliant, trainers on the market, the likelihood of ending up with one is no longer that high. At the same time, we warn you that a certificate of completion of a course, a job in a fitness club, or your own social media channel absolutely does not automatically prove the trainer's high competence! However, if you have the opportunity and can afford to work with a good, experienced personal trainer, we highly recommend it!
