The workout4.me app has a training generator. Each of us is unique. We are very different in terms of fitness, activity, experience, age or gender. In addition, some of us work out at the gym, others at home. Although our plans are based on common principles, your generated training plan will be tailored to you and your individual needs.

The workout4.me app lets you easily record your workouts. Resistance exercises performed according to a well-thought-out plan enable steady, balanced progress. Regularly logging weights, repetitions and how you feel makes it easier to assess progress objectively, correct mistakes quickly, and keeps you motivated to keep going.

Analysis of plans and workouts

The app lets you analyse both training plans and individual workouts. Regular analysis helps you optimise your training: Are we training correctly? Are we using every movement pattern? Are we looking after every muscle group and keeping the whole body in balance? Are we exercising in line with our goals and capabilities? Our app makes it easy to answer these and other questions.

Save your time and money

Few people have time for years-long study in exercise science. Not everyone can hire a competent coach, and the high price tag is often only part of the issue-finding someone who is both skilled and trustworthy can be even harder. Using the app, of course, doesn’t prevent you from working with a coach, but when you train with the app and a Premium account, your yearly investment in your fitness is about the cost of a pizza.
