Main dashboard
This is the page you see after logging into the application. The main dashboard contains links and buttons to the app’s core features.
The dashboard includes the following sections:
- My Workouts - button to start/continue a workout as well as a link to workout history.
- My Plans - list of training plans and buttons to generate or create a plan.
- Exercises - link to the exercise browser and muscle atlas.
- Contact - option to contact us.
- Settings - application settings.
