Manual plan creation
You can also create your plan manually. Open the creator from the main dashboard by clicking the blue Create plan manually button. To set your own plan name, click the name, enter a new one, and click save. You can also set the training frequency.
Create the first training day by clicking the blue button below. Add exercises by clicking the light-blue add exercise button. In the dialog, choose an exercise from the dropdown list (second field). Search by typing the name, scrolling, or filtering by muscle group (first field). You can also create your own exercise via the Create own exercise link. Replace, add, delete or edit exercises by adjusting sets, reps or order.
After creating the plan, simply return to the dashboard (link at the top of the page). Your plan appears in my plans. You can modify it anytime by clicking the plan. To train with it, ensure it’s marked active with a green label, then in my workouts select a training day and click the blue start workout button.
