Plan generator

The generator creates training plans tailored to a person’s profile. Open it from the main dashboard by clicking the purple Generate new plan button.Without a PREMIUM account you can only fill in and save the profile.
First step is basic information. Enter first name, age, gender, height, weight, and choose body type. Then click the blue confirm button and proceed to the next step.
Second step is the training profile. Choose your level of physical activity as well as your training experience and fitness. Then move on.
Third step is training priority. Select your main goal and optionally the muscle groups you would most like to improve. Then continue.
Fourth step is preferred training location and frequency. Choose where you will train and how often you want/can train. If unsure, follow our suggestion. Then go to the profile summary.
Last step is the profile summary. Adjust data if necessary, then click generate plan. Your plan will be generated.
