Training plan - additional features
Plan analysis - this section allows you to analyse the training plan. Click the purple analyse button to get useful information about the plan under review.
You can read these results by expanding the individual sections of the analysis. The analysis is adjusted to the profile for which the plan was generated. If the plan was created manually, the analysis is based on averaged data.If you changed the plan, click refresh analysis.

Training split - lets you automatically change the training split of the plan, i.e. assign exercises to workouts differently.
Changing the split cannot be undone. If needed, you can switch to another split or edit the exercises manually.

Training frequency - here you can change the weekly training frequency and see an example of how workouts are distributed in a week. This does not modify the plan itself, but it is important for analysis.

Rest length - this section lets you set rest length for workouts in this plan. Rest length matters only if you intend to use the Timer feature during workouts.
