Managing exercises in a plan
Each training within the plan consists of exercises, and each exercise has a suggested number of sets and reps to perform. Clicking an exercise name lets you see its instructions and other features such as involved muscle groups.
To change the number of sets and reps - click them and enter new values.
To change the order of exercises - use the buttons in the first column.
To delete an exercise - click the red button in the last column of the exercise.
To replace an exercise - click the white-blue button in the last column of the exercise.
To add a new exercise - click the blue Add exercise button under the training day.
